  • Shipping

    We endeavor to ship in-stock items within 1-2 working days, Tuesday to Saturday.

    All items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a next day tracked and insured service.

    Once items have been dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number. Delivery is usually before 1pm and will require a signature from the recipient.

    If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.

    If you would like to collect from our Oxford shop, your order must be collected within two weeks of being notified it is ready.

    Collections must occur during our store opening hours, which are updated on our Contact page. Please bring your order number and a form of identification. If you have difficulties visiting us after placing your order, please let us know and we can make alternative arrangements.

    We can arrange international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    If you would like to return or exchange your order, please contact us within fourteen days of receiving it. Please include whether you would prefer a refund, credit note, or exchange.

    Once contacted, items must be returned to us within fourteen days. We accept returns in person or by post.

    The buyer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a tracked and insured service. We are not responsible for the loss of returned items in the post.

    Items must be returned in the condition they were received, in the original packaging, and with any tags still attached.

    Once we have received the items, we will confirm receipt. Depending on your preference, we will issue a refund, credit note or provide an exchange.

    We cannot issue refunds for custom, altered or engraved items.

    In the rare instance that an item is found to be damaged or faulty, please contact us by email or in writing. If possible, please include a photograph of the problem. We will deal with the matter as quickly as possible, in accordance with your legal rights.
